Ok, I have two tickets to The Police Concert next Tuesday (6/26) that I need to sell. My friend Renee was going to fly down from Boston and go with me, but got denied by work. Asked a few other who
all couldn't make it, and Charlene decided that it was going to be past her bedtime if she went.So...I'd like to sell this ticket:Section 109, Row H, Seat 4 for $90 and with it, or after I sell the
other:Section 106, Row M, Seat 11 For $230This is face value for both tickets, not including the service fees I paid from Ticketmaster. If I can't sell the section 106 ticket, then I will be going,
since I'm flying to Hawaii the next day for vacation, if I can give a good home, I won't be upset.

This so needed to be shared!Vatican issues 10 Commandments for driversVATICAN CITY - Got road rage? The Vatican on Tuesday issued a set of Ten Commandments for drivers, telling motorists to be
charitable to others on the highways, to refrain from drinking and driving, and to pray you make it before you even buckle up.An unusual document from the Vaticans office for migrants and itinerant
people also warned that automobiles can be an occasion of sin particularly when they are used for dangerous passing or for prostitution. It warned about the effects of road rage, saying driving can
bring out primitive behavior in motorists, including impoliteness, rude gestures, cursing, blasphemy, loss of sense of responsibility or deliberate infringement of the highway code.It urged
motorists to obey traffic regulations, drive with a moral sense, and to pray when behind the wheel.Cardinal Renato Martino, who heads the office, told a news conference that the Vatican felt it
necessary to address the pastoral needs of motorists because driving had become such a big part of contemporary life.He noted that the Bible was full of people on the move, including Mary and
Joseph, the parents of Jesus and that his office is tasked with dealing with all itinerant people from refugees to prostitutes, truck drivers to the homeless. We know that as a consequence of
transgressions and negligence, 1.2 million people die each year on the roads, Martino said. Thats a sad reality, and at the same time, a great challenge for society and the church. The document,
Guidelines for the Pastoral Care of the Road, extols the benefits of driving family outings, getting the sick to the hospital, allowing people to see other cultures. But it laments a host of ills
associated with automobiles: Drivers use their cars to show off; driving provides an easy opportunity to dominate others by speeding; drivers can kill themselves and others if they dont get their
cars regular tuneups, if they drink, use drugs or fall asleep at the wheel. It also pointed the finger at traffic problems particular to Rome, including minicars that teens can drive without full
driving licenses, and the reckless use of motorbikes and motorcycles.Celebration of liturgies at major road hubsIt called for drivers to obey speed limits and to exercise a host of Christian
virtues: charity to fellow drivers, prudence on the roads, hope of arriving safely and justice in the event of crashes. And it suggested prayer might come in handy performing the sign of the cross
before starting off and saying the Rosary along the way. The Rosary was particularly well suited to recitation by all in the car since its rhythm and gentle repetition does not distract the drivers
attention. The document is intended for bishops conferences around the world, and as such offered recommendations for their pastoral workers, including setting up chapels along motorways and having
periodic celebration of liturgies at major road hubs, motorway restaurants and lorry parks. The Drivers Ten Commandments, as listed by the document, are:1. You shall not kill.2. The road shall be
for you a means of communion between people and not of mortal harm.3. Courtesy, uprightness and prudence will help you deal with unforeseen events.4. Be charitable and help your neighbor in need,
especially victims of accidents.5. Cars shall not be for you an expression of power and domination, and an occasion of sin.6. Charitably convince the young and not so young not to drive when they
are not in a fitting condition to do so.7. Support the families of accident victims.8. Bring guilty motorists and their victims together, at the appropriate time, so that they can undergo the
liberating experience of forgiveness.9. On the road, protect the more vulnerable party.10. Feel responsible toward others.

I feel like I've been very disengaged in life for the last few months. In that if it didn't directly effect my life, I either ignored it or did just enough to keep it going. I didn't realize this
was what I was doing until this weekend, when I actually had time to slow down and reflect. To me, I still feel like it's early March, work has been stressing me out, not that it's been difficult,
but with alot of change and discontent co-workers it's been trying. So, what's been up? 4 weekends ago I was so sick, I couldn't get out of bed, apparently the new BC pill my doctor gave me was too
strong. Headaches, nausea, and exhaustion kept me from moving. 3 weekends ago I was in Albany for Nancy's graduation from nursing school, 2 weekends ago goddessmusings and drgndancer came up to go
to Scarby, but it rained so much we decided that while we all really wanted to go, swimming in garb wasn't fun. Last weekend, I spent running errands, shooting the new home of a friend and getting
my house in order.I've been looking at homes to buy in the Dallas area. I think I want to live in the Richardson Heights area, it's a development with homes mostly built in the mid-50's to early
60's. Nothing is off the table yet, I love older homes, but lothe the upkeep they come with, and newer homes lack the character that years bring.Anyways, I'm hoping to post more, and be more a part
of my life, rather than watch it go buy.

I am having the strangest year. In my mind it's still mid-February. The last 3 days are the first time at work all year that I've actually had some downtime, and even that I've got lots to do, but
just needed a small break. My Boss has been out on travel this week, and will be out again next week. Huzzah! It's been raining or overcast here in Dallas for almost 3 weeks, and I do have to admit
it's made me tired and a bit dreary. Why is it I feel like i'm the most boring person in the world?Anyways, I'm trying to get better about updating, and keeping in touch with people. That's my
personal resolve.
